've seen Alex Ruvinstein perform three times now in New York City, twice at a concert hall near FIT/Penn Station, and just this past Saturday night with his Chopin program at 450 W. 37th St. If you like classical piano, you'll really enjoy Alex's playing. Even a layman in the field like myself is able to recognize a major talent. Alex is that good! You have to see him in person and hear him play to know how good he is. Alex Ruvinstein is that talented and a major artistic presence in the field of classical piano. Also, Alex recently..
I’ve attended several of Alex’s solo recitals and chamber music performances and deeply enjoy being transported to new dimensions through his very personal music making. I eagerly await the great Chopin recital next May!
I have seen Alex Ruvinstein in concert several times. His programs are varied and showcase different styles. He showed mastery in every piece and style. He played them all beautifully. I look forward to seeing more of his performances!
I attended Alex Ruvinstein’s concert last year and I was inspired by his work. He played beautifully and the entire audience was captivated. He has a very distinct style and is clearly passionate about the music.
I was at the Ruvinstein’s concert last season when he played Bach and Ravel. I was impressed by the very clear expression of Baroque style, and virtuosity in Ravel’s La Valse just knocked me down.
Delightful, magical, a complete artistic experience. You can define if something is truly artistic if the spectator feel transported from their sit to a complete new world, just true and sincere Art has that power of doing that along with the soul which produces it. If you want to feel the experience, please attend all upcoming concerts of this virtuoso of the piano, which I feel proud to all my friend: Alex Ruvinstein.
